Hello Artists!

We invite you to register for our 5th Annual Plein Air Open entitled Paint Our River Towns

This year we have continued the expanded geographic region of a 35 mile radius of Yardley (same as last year), providing the opportunity to paint from Quakertown to Philadelphia on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware and from Somerville to New Brunswick to East Windsor to Cherry Hill on the New Jersey side, and all points in between.

We want you to showcase the breathtaking landscapes of the Delaware River Valley, its charming river towns, and surrounding areas through your artists' eyes.

We are proud to present this event in collaboration with Countryside Gallery, Experience Yardley, and the Friends of Washington Crossing Park.

Who can enter?

This regional event is open to artists age 18 and older residing within 35 miles of Yardley, PA. Registration is on a first-come basis, and the total number of participants is capped at 75. Artwork is not juried. Registered artists will receive additional information via email.

Registration fee?  $40 for AOY members / $55 for non-members

When? Registrations are being accepted online now until April 13

New Prizes!  We are pleased to announce that there are additional cash prizes this year! One will be awarded to the "Best Work by a New Plein Air Artist" and another based on the "250th Semiquincentennial" theme. We thank Melanie Pease and Friends of Washington Crossing Park for their donations and recognition of our artists.
