"The Power of Color" Artist Talk

This demo will provide a glimpse into the upcoming color-theory, painting class “The Power of Color” with instructor, Andie Olson. Attendees will be presented with a quick review of the color wheel, examples of how our vision reacts when different colors are placed next to each other, and the emotional impact of color. There will be visual examples that include master paintings, photographs, and color theory charts. Students will have the opportunity to mix their own colors with acrylic paint. Learning about color theory will have a significant, positive impact on your painting practice!
