2026 Small Works Holiday Art Market

Celebrate the season with AOY’s Small Works Holiday Art Market, featuring original artwork and handcrafted pieces the perfect size and price for holiday giving.

The market runs December 4–19 both in the gallery and online. This is a cash-and-carry show, so buyers may purchase artwork and take it home that day.

Open to AOY Art Center members only. All work must be for sale and priced at $300 or less.

Entry Deadline: Friday, November 27, 11:59 pm

Artwork Drop-Off: Sunday, November 29, 12–2 pm OR Monday, November 30, 10 am–12 pm

Opening Reception: Friday, December 4, 6–8 pm

Holiday Market: December 5–19, 12–5 pm

Pick-Up: Saturday, December 19, 5–7 pm OR Monday, December 21, 10 am–12 pm

Registration

2D Artists: $20 entry fee for up to 3 pieces.

3D Artisans: Shelf “rental” includes the entry fee:

• Small shelf (10" x 34"): $30

• Large shelf (10" x 55"): $40

Shelf space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to ArtCall, where you will upload your artwork and information.

Artwork Requirements

2D Work

• Maximum of 3 pieces per artist

• Maximum size: 11" x 14", excluding frame

• Items must be entered into ArtCall for inclusion in the online gallery

• All work must be professionally presented and ready to hang with D-rings and wire

• No sawtooth hangers, eye hooks, poster frames, or frames with stands

• Unframed canvases must have professionally finished edges

• Oil paintings must be dry

3D Work

• Artisans may display as many pieces as fit attractively and safely on their rented shelf

• Items must also be entered into ArtCall for inclusion in the online gallery

• Artists provide their own display materials and appropriate gift boxes or bags

Sales

All artwork must be for sale and priced at $300 or less.

AOY retains a 30% commission on individual items.

A reminder this is a cash-and-carry market so sold artwork will leave the gallery upon sale.

Gallery Hosting

All participating artists and artisans are expected to serve as a Gallery Host for at least one 2.5-hour shift during the show. (Members with medical exemptions limiting their ability to gallery host are still invited to enter the show.)

Delivering Your Work

Bring artwork to AOY Art Center, 949 Mirror Lake Road, Yardley, PA Sunday, November 29, 12–2 pm OR Monday, November 30, 10 am–12 pm

We cannot accept work after the scheduled drop-off dates. 

For special arrangements made in advance, contact Bette at director@aoyarts.org. 

Each piece must have an ArtCall ID tag attached with: Title, Artist Name, Medium and Price. 

Tags may be printed from ArtCall or created by the artist.

Help Us Spread the Word

AOY will promote the Holiday Art Market throughout the community, including direct-mail promotion to area households. Participating artists are also encouraged to share the event through their own social media and networks.

Pick-Up

Unsold work must be picked up: Saturday, December 19, 5–7 pm OR Monday, December 21, 10 am–12 pm. 

Work remaining after December 21 may be subject to a $5-per-day storage fee and will become the property of AOY after 10 days.

Agreement & Liability

By submitting work, artists agree to these conditions. AOY reserves the right to reject work that is not professionally presented or does not meet exhibition requirements.

AOY will take reasonable care to protect artwork while it is in its possession but is not responsible for damage or loss.
