2022 AOY Summer Camp Refund and Cancellation Policy

Early registration is recommended for all summer camps. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

All camps have both a minimum and maximum enrollment. If a minimum number of campers are not enrolled one week prior to the start of each camp, AOY reserves the right to cancel the camp and will issue a 100% refund.

AOY policy regarding changes to registration status by campers:

Camper Cancels

Amount of Refund

Before May 20 (more than 30 days prior to start of summer camp, June 20)

100% (minus any online transaction fees)

Between May 20 and June 19 (day before summer camp begins)

50% (minus any online transaction fees)

Camper cancellation after the start of summer camp (June 20)

No Refunds or Credit

Camper refuses to comply with AOY Policies, including Covid Policies in session and/or camper demonstrates disruptive and unacceptable behavior.

Please note: If a camper develops a Covid infection less than 5 days before or during camp, the Camp Director must be notified immediately at the email below. Determination of the amount credited to the camper’s account will be up to the discretion of the Camp Director.
