Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Classes, Workshops and Summer Camps

Early registration is recommended for all classes, workshops and summer camps. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

All classes, workshops and camps have both a minimum and maximum enrollment.  If a minimum number of students are not enrolled one week prior to the start of a session, AOY reserves the right to cancel the program and will issue a 100% refund, minus any online transaction fees.

AOY policy regarding changes to registration status by students:

More than 14 days Prior to Start of Class, Workshop or the Start of Week 1 of Summer Camp

100% (minus any online transaction fees)

14 days or less Prior to, and up to the, Start of Class, Workshop or the Start of Week 1 of Summer Camp

90% (minus any online transaction fees)

Student/Parent cancellation after the start of summer camp (June 20, 2021)

No Refunds or Credit

Student refuses to comply with AOY Policies, including Covid Policies in session and/or student demonstrates disruptive and unacceptable behavior.

No Refunds or Credit

All notifications of withdrawal should be addressed to

****Notification of a student with Covid that occurs during a session or summer camp, the determination of refund or credit will be up to the discretion of the Education or Camp Director.
